Book Review
I Don't Have to Make Everything All Better
by Joy and Gary Lundberg
This is a self-help book. It is a quick and easy read. It talks about ways to improve our relationships with a variety of different people such as friends, family, children, spouses, bosses, etc. It is about acknowledging and accepting other's feelings. It encourages us to quit trying to "save the world" and to quit trying to "fix everything for everyone." It encourages you to focus on your own life while being sympathetic and understanding of others in their own lives. It reinforces that we cannot change someone else or how they think, they must do that themselves.
